APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your treatment total on the day of your visit.
Deposits are required for all appointments, including rescheduled bookings.
If you reschedule your appointment:
More than 24 hours in advance: Your original deposit will remain in your account wallet and be applied to your future appointment. A new deposit will be required to secure the new booking, and both deposits will be applied toward your treatment total.
Less than 24 hours in advance: Your deposit will be forfeited and a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
15-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD
A 15-minute grace period is kindly provided.
Appointments arriving later than 15 minutes may be canceled.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
No-shows and same-day cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
To avoid cancellation fees, appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
